Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and technical troubleshooting.
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless service transitions.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work the Night Shift schedule (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Strong verbal communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple software applications.
- Ability to work independently and remain focused during quiet periods.
- Flexibility to work overtime and holidays as required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
