Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Manage inventory through scanning, sorting, and quality checks
- Load/unload shipments with attention to accuracy and safety standards
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces per company protocols
- Collaborate with night shift team to meet daily production targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Complete all training modules within designated timeframe
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Basic math and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible night shift schedule (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to industrial park location
