Responsibilities
- Execute inventory control procedures using warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after certification
- Load/unload shipments with proper documentation and safety protocols
- Maintain organized storage areas and comply with OSHA standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak processing hours
- Complete training modules and demonstrate competency assessments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to work nights (10 PM - 6 AM) with flexible scheduling
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technologies
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required for all roles)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
