Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently to maintain workflow.
- Sort, pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment using handheld scanners.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, with proper certification.
- Perform daily inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Adhere to all safety protocols (OSHA guidelines) to ensure a secure working environment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Columbus facility.
