Responsibilities
- Execute packing, labeling, and shipping operations with high accuracy and speed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and stock replenishment to meet daily targets.
- Operate warehouse equipment and handheld scanners proficiently.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company operational procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors.
Qualifications
- Ability to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Must be available to start work immediately.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to follow written instructions.
- Physical stamina required to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required for this role.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Richmond facility.
