Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and package inventory in our climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts after training)
- Maintain accurate inventory records using barcode scanning systems
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly shipping targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and quality checks
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - comprehensive training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Reliable transportation to our Miami facility
