Responsibilities
- Execute daily operational tasks with precision and speed to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a pristine, organized workspace and adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Operate standard warehouse machinery and equipment (training provided).
- Assist in inventory management and stock organization to prevent shortages.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to work a rotating night shift schedule (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
