Responsibilities
- Unloading, sorting, and organizing incoming shipments
- Picking and packing orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintaining inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Operating material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborating with team members to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Reliable transportation to 11 PM - 7 AM shift schedule
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
