Responsibilities
- Accurately process and package shipments following quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (training provided) for material handling
- Maintain organized storage areas and inventory tracking systems
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
- Document daily operations and report equipment issues
- Support inventory counts and cycle counting activities
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - comprehensive training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during night shift
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Reliable transportation to Tremont Street facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with proper training
- Availability to work flexible night hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
