Responsibilities
- Monitor and sort incoming/outgoing shipments with precision
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (forklift certification provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory records using digital systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet shift targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Support facility cleanliness and organization standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Willingness to work weekends/holidays as needed
