Responsibilities
- Monitor and operate key operational systems during night shifts to ensure seamless workflow.
- Assist customers with inquiries via phone and email, providing clear and accurate solutions.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital records of daily operations.
- Conduct routine quality checks to ensure compliance with company safety and performance standards.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a smooth transition of responsibilities.
- Resolve minor operational issues independently while escalating complex problems.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
- Must be willing to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn internal software quickly.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn.
