Responsibilities
- Monitor and process inbound/outbound shipments using our proprietary logistics management system
- Perform quality control checks and document all inventory transactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues in real-time
- Maintain accurate records and generate daily performance reports
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Support equipment calibration and preventative maintenance routines
- Train on advanced warehouse management systems (WMS) technologies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college students encouraged to apply)
- Availability to work 10 PM - 6 AM, Monday through Friday
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with proper training
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude
- Valid California driver's license preferred
