Responsibilities
- Delight guests with exceptional service during overnight operations
- Perform routine maintenance and cleanliness checks in guest areas
- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures for late-night arrivals
- Monitor security systems and respond to guest inquiries promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Complete accurate documentation of nightly activities and incidents
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Availability to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
