Responsibilities
- Accurately process and package incoming shipments according to company protocols
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized storage systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack) after certification
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly productivity targets
- Adhere to safety standards and report equipment maintenance needs
- Complete digital documentation using warehouse management software
- Support cross-functional departments during peak operational hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task execution
- Reliable transportation to night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work weekends/holidays as needed
