Responsibilities
- Assist physicians and nurses with patient examinations and procedures
- Take vital signs and prepare patients for examinations
- Manage electronic health records and administrative tasks
- Perform basic lab tests under supervision
- Schedule patient appointments and maintain inventory
- Follow HIPAA compliance protocols
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Basic computer proficiency (EMR systems training provided)
