Responsibilities
- Execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and SEO channels
- Analyze campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics and adjust strategies accordingly
- Assist in content creation including blog posts, social media graphics, and email newsletters
- Support market research initiatives to identify customer trends and competitive opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop lead generation strategies
- Manage brand social media accounts and engage with online communities
- Track and report on KPIs to demonstrate campaign ROI
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of marketing internship or entry-level experience
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, social media platforms, and marketing automation tools
- Strong written communication skills with attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and content marketing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Portfolio demonstrating marketing projects or campaigns (preferred)
- Valid driver's license (occasional client meetings may require travel)
