Responsibilities
- Manage Social Media Channels: Create and schedule engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to boost brand awareness.
- Assist with SEO: Support the optimization of web content to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
- Content Creation: Write compelling blog posts, ad copy, and graphics for social media campaigns.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Customer Engagement: Interact with customers and prospects via email and social media to build relationships.
- Event Coordination: Help organize and promote local marketing events and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus but not mandatory.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Tools: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attitude: A positive, professional attitude and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Location: Must be located in or willing to commute to Memphis, TN.
