Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) to increase engagement and follower growth.
- Create compelling content, including blog posts, graphics, and short-form videos, that aligns with brand voice.
- Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and paid advertising initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and audience demographics.
- Analyze campaign performance data to optimize future marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Strong understanding of current social media trends and platform algorithms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud).
- A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Must be willing to work in our Long Beach office.
