Responsibilities
- Execute social media campaigns across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) with 95% engagement rate targets
- Assist in SEO optimization and content creation for 15+ client websites
- Analyze campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics and HubSpot
- Support email marketing initiatives including A/B testing and segmentation
- Collaborate with design team on visual assets for digital ads
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities for quarterly reports
- Manage influencer outreach and partnership coordination
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (graduating by June 2024)
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Canva
- 1+ internship or project experience with social media/SEO
- Strong written communication with portfolio samples
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for landing page tweaks
- Unrestricted work authorization in the US
