- Assist in developing data-driven marketing strategies with measurable KPIs
- Manage social media calendars and community engagement initiatives
- Collaborate with design team to produce visually compelling marketing assets
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize content for maximum ROI
- Support event marketing and promotional activities across the Bay Area
Qualifications
- Recent graduate (2022-2023) with Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook)
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and Google Analytics
- Strong written communication skills with attention to detail
- Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar)
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
- Portfolio demonstrating content creation or marketing projects preferred
