Responsibilities
- Execute social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter with 3+ posts/week
- Assist in SEO optimization of website content using SEMrush and Google Analytics
- Support email marketing initiatives including newsletter creation and A/B testing
- Track campaign performance using HubSpot and generate weekly performance reports
- Coordinate with design team on promotional materials and landing pages
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis for quarterly strategy sessions
- Help organize virtual and in-person marketing events (avg. 4/month)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (2023 graduates welcome)
- 1-2 years internship or academic marketing experience
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and Canva
- Strong written communication skills with portfolio of writing samples
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and keyword research
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environment
- Portfolio demonstrating creative marketing projects (optional but preferred)
- Authorized to work in the United States
