Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Create engaging content, including blog posts, graphics, and short-form video content, to drive brand awareness.
- Analyze website traffic and campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics to optimize results.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive activities in the Wichita area.
- Manage and grow email marketing lists to nurture leads and convert prospects.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Support the sales team with marketing collateral and presentation materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong understanding of current social media trends and platform algorithms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and keyword research.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud) is a plus.
