Responsibilities
- Complete the company’s comprehensive paid training curriculum on sales and client management.
- Assist in the onboarding and relationship building with new clients in the Portland area.
- Participate in daily team meetings, strategy sessions, and training workshops.
- Track performance metrics and contribute to achieving daily and weekly team goals.
- Learn to operate company software systems and sales tools.
- Develop leadership and communication skills under the guidance of senior mentors.
- Represent the company professionally in all client-facing interactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- No prior experience in this specific field is necessary; we provide the training.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work full-time hours, Monday through Friday.
