Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured, paid training program to develop sales and leadership skills.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and customers in the Miami area.
- Execute daily sales activities and strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Assist in the training and development of new team members.
- Represent the company at local events and community engagement activities.
