Responsibilities
- Participate in paid training programs covering warehouse operations, safety protocols, and inventory systems
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with accuracy using barcode scanners and warehouse management software
- Maintain organized storage areas and conduct regular inventory counts
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after certification
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity goals
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company quality guidelines
- Document work activities and report equipment maintenance needs
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; comprehensive paid training provided
- Must be 18+ years old with valid US work authorization
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Reliable transportation to worksite in Fresno, CA
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
