Responsibilities
- Deliver remote technical support via phone, chat, and ticketing systems for enterprise clients
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software including Windows OS and Microsoft 365
- Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex infrastructure projects
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint retrospectives
- Complete weekly training modules in our TechLaunch Academy curriculum
- Support cybersecurity initiatives including vulnerability assessments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications a plus)
- Basic computer literacy and troubleshooting skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
