Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and chat for internal and external clients
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues including Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and cloud applications
- Document all support tickets using ITSM software (ServiceNow)
- Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate complex technical problems
- Participate in weekly training sessions and skill development workshops
- Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets and software licenses
- Adhere to cybersecurity protocols and data protection standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required)
