Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to internal employees and clients via phone, email, and in-person.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop computers, printers, and network peripherals.
- Monitor system performance and respond to alerts to ensure maximum uptime.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to deploy software updates and security patches.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or Computer Science is a plus.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
