Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Set up, configure, and maintain user workstations, printers, and mobile devices.
- Assist in the deployment of new IT equipment and software updates.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Monitor network security and report potential vulnerabilities to senior staff.
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve system performance and user experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites within the Albuquerque area.
- Familiarity with remote support tools is a plus.
