Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting & Support: Assist users with hardware and software issues, including printer setup, network connectivity, and application errors.
- Ticket Management: Log, track, and manage incoming support tickets using our CRM system to ensure timely resolution.
- Documentation: Create and maintain clear, up-to-date technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring their devices and accounts are configured correctly.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior engineers to escalate complex issues and learn best practices in IT service delivery.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine checks on local systems and software updates.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus).
- Technical Skills: Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and operating systems (Windows/macOS).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and a patient, customer-centric attitude.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and the ability to troubleshoot issues logically.
- Availability: Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional evening shifts.
