Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to diverse guests daily
- Assist with front desk operations including check-ins/check-outs
- Manage reservations and coordinate guest requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas

- Participate in ongoing training and skill development
- Handle cash transactions and POS systems accurately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Must be 18+ years old
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy
- Valid Louisiana driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work evenings/weekends
