Responsibilities
- Perform vital sign assessments and patient intake procedures
- Assist physicians with clinical examinations and treatmentsMaintain accurate electronic health records (EHR)
- Prepare exam rooms and sterilize equipment
- Administer basic injections and EKGs (post-training)
- Coordinate patient flow and schedule management
- Participate in quarterly skills refreshment workshops
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior healthcare experience necessary
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, EHR systems)
- Tennessee state background check clearance
