Responsibilities
- Complete 8-week paid training program covering clinical and administrative procedures
- Assist physicians with patient examinations and basic medical procedures
- Perform vital signs measurements and EKGs under supervision
- Manage patient records and electronic health documentation
- Prepare exam rooms and sterilize medical equipment
- Provide compassionate patient education and support
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure efficient clinic operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid CPR certification (will be provided during training)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn medical software
- Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Commitment to completing the full training program
