Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic testing and calibration of medical devices under supervision
- Maintain detailed patient equipment documentation and service records
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure optimal device functionality
- Adhere to FDA regulations and safety protocols during all procedures
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for service efficiency
- Support inventory management of replacement parts and consumables
- Complete mandatory recertification training quarterly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional client site visits
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
