Responsibilities
- Assist nurses with patient examinations and treatments under supervision
- Prepare exam rooms and sterilize medical equipment
- Update patient electronic health records (EHRs)
- Collect and process lab specimens
- Schedule patient appointments and manage phone inquiries
- Provide basic patient education on health protocols
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid CPR certification (will be provided if needed)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
