Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate complex meeting logistics
- Prepare and edit professional correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense report processing
- Screen incoming communications and prioritize information for executive review
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and maintain progress tracking systems
- Support office operations including supply inventory and vendor coordination
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
