Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling high-priority meetings and coordinating complex travel arrangements
- Prepare professional correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholder communications
- Organize and maintain confidential digital filing systems with meticulous attention to detail
- Coordinate departmental events, meetings, and logistics including catering and venue management
- Assist with expense reports, invoice processing, and basic financial documentation

Qualifications
