Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to qualified leads to introduce our products and services.
- Collaborate closely with the training team to master sales methodologies and product knowledge.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM database.
- Identify and assess the needs of customers to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Participate in ongoing professional development workshops and role-playing sessions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor's degree a plus).
- Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
