- Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital marketing campaigns and track their effectiveness.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target audience demographics.
- Customer Engagement: Respond to inquiries on social channels and assist in maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Report Generation: Compile weekly reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to the team.
Qualifications
