Responsibilities
- Execute Social Media Strategies: Assist in managing and growing our social media presence across various platforms to increase brand awareness.
- SEO & Content Support: Support the SEO team in optimizing web content and implementing keyword strategies.
- Customer Engagement: Interact with customers via email and phone to resolve inquiries and provide excellent service.
- Data Analysis: Assist in analyzing marketing data to identify trends and improve campaign performance.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior staff to develop and implement marketing campaigns.
- Content Creation: Draft basic copy for newsletters and blog posts under supervision.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; however, internship experience is a plus.
- Skills: Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attitude: High level of motivation, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn new skills.
- Availability: Ability to work full-time hours, Monday through Friday.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to the Philadelphia office.
