Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and growing social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) for local clients.
- Conduct keyword research and perform on-page SEO optimization for web content.
- Create engaging content, including blog posts, captions, and basic graphics using Canva.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly performance reports for the marketing team.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
- Support email marketing campaigns by compiling lists and drafting newsletters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong understanding of current social media trends and best practices.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or basic web analytics tools is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be located in or willing to commute to Louisville, KY.
