Responsibilities
- Social Media Management: Curate and post engaging content across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook to build brand awareness.
- Content Creation: Assist in writing compelling copy for blogs, newsletters, and ad campaigns that convert.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on industry trends and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities.
- SEO & SEM Support: Optimize web content for search engines and assist in managing paid advertising campaigns.
- Email Marketing: Help design and execute email marketing funnels to nurture leads and drive sales.
- Analytics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to measure campaign success.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in marketing, social media, or content creation is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with social media platforms, Google Analytics, and basic graphic design tools.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair.
- Work Ethic: Highly motivated, self-starter with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to commute to Los Angeles, CA.
