Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and growing our presence on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and support tickets in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the content team in creating engaging posts, graphics, and short-form video content.
- Conduct basic market research to identify local trends and audience preferences.
- Track campaign performance and prepare weekly reports using basic analytics tools.
- Collaborate with the sales department to ensure a seamless client onboarding process.
Qualifications
