Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and professional demeanor immediately upon arrival.
- Assist customers in finding products and explaining features and benefits to ensure satisfaction.
- Process sales transactions quickly and accurately at the point of sale (POS).
- Build lasting relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and well-stocked at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation (preferred for field flexibility).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and succeed in a sales environment.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
