Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to customers across London
- Load and unload packages from the vehicle in a timely manner
- Follow designated routes and delivery schedules
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Ensure the vehicle is clean and in good working condition
- Report any delivery issues or vehicle maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- Valid UK driver's license (Category B)
- Good knowledge of London's roads and postcodes
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 25kg
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- No previous delivery experience required
