Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer emails and phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
- Diagnose and resolve basic technical software and hardware issues.
- Guide customers through step-by-step solutions using our knowledge base.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support staff when necessary.
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve product documentation and support processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Must be available to work full-time, including weekends if necessary.
- Strong typing skills and computer literacy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and patient under pressure.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and software.
- Reliable transportation to our El Paso office.
