Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone with a high degree of professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer issues and answer questions regarding our SaaS products and services.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical backend team to escalate complex issues effectively.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to service protocols.
- Maintain a positive and solution-oriented attitude during high-volume periods.
- Participate in daily team meetings and training workshops.
Qualifications
