Responsibilities

- Assist clients in resolving technical issues and answering product-related questions.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve escalations.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve product knowledge and service skills.
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets regarding call volume and customer satisfaction scores.
