- Collaborate with senior team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Participate in daily training sessions to master product knowledge and support protocols
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and customer experience enhancements
- Assist with onboarding new customers and troubleshooting account setup
- Contribute to knowledge base articles for internal and external use
Qualifications
