Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries professionally and efficiently via phone and email.
- Resolve customer issues and provide accurate information regarding our products and services.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
- Assist in the onboarding of new team members and share best practices.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer questions accurately.
Qualifications
- Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
- Strong communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
- High level of computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Willingness to work full-time, Monday to Friday, with occasional flexibility.
